Horsezia is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the account.

We strictly prohibit any content that depicts child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any form of harm to minors. This includes:

• Content that promotes or facilitates child grooming.
• Any imagery or text that sexualizes minors.

Our moderation team actively monitors the platform to identify and remove any content that violates child safety standards. We use a combination of automated tools and human review to ensure:

• Inappropriate images or videos are removed instantly.
• Bullying, harassment, or predatory behavior towards minors is strictly banned.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

We encourage our community to help us keep Horsezia safe. Users can report any suspicious activity or content regarding child safety by:

• Using the "Report" button on any post or profile within the app.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Horsezia complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety. We will report any instances of child exploitation or suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.

6. Parental Guidance

We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce this policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information on the app without their permission.
