By downloading or using the Horsezia mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (OTP security) and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content & Behavior

Horsezia allows users to post photos, videos, and listings. You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, abusive, or explicitly offensive.
• Fraudulent in the context of horse trading or stud services.
• Infringing upon any third party's intellectual property rights.

4. Trading & Transactions

Horsezia acts solely as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We do not process payments for horses or stud services, nor do we guarantee the health, lineage, or quality of the horses listed. All transactions are at your own risk.

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
